I’ve got a lot of thoughts rattling around in my brain about beer and the beer industry. Some about how the industry continues to get it wrong and a lot about what it takes to make it right. Some about how we talk about beer and whose cultures and lived experiences are overlooked or actively excluded. Some about how I can stop mixing up beer styles during blind tastings. Some about how much I hate trying to memorize commercial examples.

So here we are. Each newsletter will be a blend of some of the above. Ways to advocate, ways to talk about beer, ways to concoct esoteric sensory experiences to perhaps incrementally improve your palate, and ways to keep moving forward.
